Water and ice makers did not work

Disappointed brand new refrigerator with non working ice and water, took appliance store 3 visits and three weeks to fix it

Claustrophobic top doors

Difficult to stand between the two top doors when they are open and access large things inside the refrigerator. BUT I love the freezer.

We needed to upgrade our 1970's refrig that came with the house - found this one at a local scratch-n-dent store, and couldn't pass up the value! Working like a champ, and has soooo much more room than our old model.
