Love this refrigerator

I bought this refrigerator a week ago. So far, I have loved it. There is pleOnty of room and you can find things in there much easier than a side to side. The only downside I have found so far is the ice/water dispenser in the door. If it is dark in your kitchen, it is difficult to see which option is chosen. Until you learn the order of cubed, crushed and water, you have no idea which option is chosen. GE should figure out a way to light up just the words (cubed, crushed, water) so it can be seen easier. Other than that, I have been totally happy with my purchase!

Great Refrigerator Except for Scratches on Door

We are very happy with the inside of the refrigerator but found that the magnets on the back of our calendar and grocery list have already scratched the door. Had to put our pictures and other things with magnets on the side of the refrigerator on the side so as not to further scratch the door. Wish we had paid more attention to the door before we bought the door before we bought it.

Terrible fingerprints

I just bought this refrigerator and the fingerprinting is horrible on it. The ice maker is not up to par. I am unhappy with this purchase.

I have had this fridge for a little over 1 year now, and am on unit number 2. The first unit freezer and ice maker went out just shy of 1 year after install date. The ice maker struggles to keep up even when it is working. It is a great fridge for space, but am disappointed in the quality given the issues I have had

Our ice maker in our 15 yr old refri quit working and my wife decided she wanted to upgrade. After looking at what I considered to many refrigs, my wife chose this GE french door one. It had all the features she wanted, looked great and was in our planned budget. We've only had it for 3 days but really impressed on how quiet it is and well planned interior. Shelves are conveniently located making everything easily reached and visual. On the plus side, it's American made.
