WHEELS STICK, turn opposite directions of each other. ZIPPERS hard to zip/unzip. Overall, my husband has been using Samsonite products for business travel for over 25 years. This is the first time he's had difficulty with any Samsonite product. Very disappointing. Owning this item for 3 months during which time he didn't travel for six weeks..Need replacement immediately.

I needed a larger business travel case. Typically I need to carry two laptops, tablets, and various devices with me while I visit customers. I can comfortably fit in this bag all my necessary gear and a change of clothes. If I were to just pack a laptop and clothes, with compression bags you could put three changes of clothes in the back section. No file folders but there is space to place them in the laptop compartment.
