......I was able to start exploring what rebounding can do for someone who was told he was on his way to disability if i didn't start moving. So my first victory came in being able to assemble the unit in such a short period of time, review the myriad possibilities of exercises and actually try many of them. I felt like a young boy again (and I'm 63) and immediately started to think of appropriate music to play while I rebound. This is just gonna be fun!

Feels good and seems to be very sturdy with my 210lbs weight.
Using mainly for flexibility and is helping. Not used for cardio yet.
