I HATE this machine

Constantly giving me trouble - paper jams, pulling in 5 pieces of paper at once, constantly needed to be shut off and turned back on to connect to the wireless signal. Overall, very poor quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Almost everything I need

Really like the ink capacity and the multiple paper paths. I'm able to print labels from the rear feed (one of my must haves), BUT the weight limit on heavy papers through the rear feed means I can't print the inside of my photo greeting cards.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Printer that has it All!

A printer with a lot of features of which I have not used them all. I did have a bit of difficulty getting the auto duplex printing working. Had to be set in the Windows printer driver area by selecting the Brother driver from a generic one. After I got it set it worked GREAT. I am looking forward to using it all the time. The original set up was quick and easy. I am using the printer over WI-FI and have not had any issues. I recommend this printer.

Almost Perfect

I love almost everything about this printer- I was concerned about the print quality, but I discovered you can adjust the quality in the features, documents print crisp and clear. I use this printer for my home and small business needs and it is user friendly and easy to navigate the features, The only thing I would change is the inability to scan and print 2-sided from the top of the printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not happy. Did not know that it is not an air drop printer. Can't print from my iPad. Otherwise it is fine

I have been a strong Brother candidate as the products and support were excellent. This printer is not Brotheresk. Ideally I want to change machines to a better performer.
