We bought this to replace two aging HP printers. Having to use our phones as a hotspot, we couldn’t connect to just the one printer without having to enter our separate passwords, now, we are both connected all the time. We love how fast this thing prints.

This printer receives data slowly. The quality of the prints are very good but it takes forever to print.

OK printer

Large machine, very quick with text printing. Color printing and photos are disappointing compared to my Epson WP 4530 which was near pro photo quality. Software is clunky. Many steps just to get to the scan button. Help section always loads and is intrusive. Would not buy again.

Great printer

This printer is a workhorse, it is fast, saves paper by printing on both sides and overall functions very well. This printer ink does not dry out like many that we have had. The dryness in Arizona is always a problem .

This is the third Brother printer I have used, and I am very happy with it. The print quality is very good. I use it most often as a scanner. The scan quality is excellent, the multiple page scan is fast, scans both sides, has yet to jam on me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Everything works great except the Auto Select on the MFT does not work with Windows 10. It works fine in Windows 7.

The printer is well laid out for the amount of functionality you get. The ability to print up to ledger size, and print on thick stock without paper jams is stellar. The reason I give this three stars is because when I unboxed my printer, installed the ink and fired it up, it took three attemps to get the blue ink to print on the test, and the color quality is less then stellar. I will go buy new ink cartridges and see if this helps.
