trash an no support to fix isuses

i bought this item to use as an AP followed the manual to a T yet still cant set the internet up on it an it keeps taking me to there page saying here might be so reasons why yet when i do as requested nothing gets fixed. do not buy.

Strong signal in multiple rooms so very happy with performance. Set up was not as straight forward as the instructions would lead you to.believe but overall performance is key.
