[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While we love most of the features of this appliance, we were disappointed that after only one month of use, the fan in the oven malfunctioned, requiring 2 service calls to repair. Doesn’t exactly instill confidence in the product. Since there are only 2 of us in our household reoutinely, it isn’t like we are cooking for a restaurant or a bakery! Would recommend with caution.we went a month without a fully functioning stove due to low inventory and the first stove delivered was severely damaged when the box was opened.
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this range about two months ago,it's a beautiful range for the price point. I have had to have service come and look at the range because the simmer burner was getting gas but was not igniting. The service technician told me that I have to simply turn the knob to medium (beyond the ignite position) to get the burner to light. He said it was not put together correctly at the plant and if I wanted to have it corrected it would take a lot of disassembly. So, I can live with having to turn the dial beyond the ignite position. Overall, this range is very nice looking and the touch pad is simple to use. If you like to keep a tidy kitchen keep in mind that the stainless steel well on top of the range is a pain in the butt to keep clean. Wish it was offered with a black enamel well. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because at this price point I think it should include a probe thermometer.

Cons: Difficult To Clean

It works great, looks great and as a bonus we have a 5th center burner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stove/oven controls are on top of range, which means everytime you cook you are removing knobs to wash them. If you accidently brush the control panel with your hand it lights up and beeps at you-- really, the control panel has to be that sensitive. I have had the range one week and already the control panel has a burn mark on it from a warm plate coming in close contact. And finally the warmer drawer take a degree in engineering to remove-- get a flathead screwdriver and pry-- those are your instructions! If you have pets and you clean under appliances this is not the range for you.
Cons: Difficult To Clean
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
