[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought to replace downdraft electric. no slide in lip made replacement problematic and left with gaps on sides. i miss the clock facing forward. panel doesn't indicate current temp while waiting for oven to finsih preheat. definitiely prefer the gas. am still trying to figure how to redirect fan from sucking the heat sideways. have not used the self clean function so cannnot tell if better. not sure why they changed if stove is electric still

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cooking is much quicker with my new range. I'm not used to the oven having to preheat as long, but it is larger and does a great job.
Pros: Convenient, Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Quality Construction

Overall pretty good, minor disappointments

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a unique kitchen space that had a previous Thermador oven and cooktop installed with a downdraft ventilation system. The model was installed some 25 years ago and finally, the oven gave out (right at the start of the COVID Lock downs! :( )
There are very few models of ovens that would fit in the existing space and provide downdraft ventilation. Of those available we chose Jenn-Air based on overall design, appearance and features.
We are very happy with the styling and clean lines of the new range. It is easy to use and the controls are intuitive - both the analog and digital functions. The cooking control of the gas is perfect with sufficient selection across the 4 burners to cook quickly and efficiently for a family of 6. The downdraft ventilation works well and is easy to access for cleaning. The oven is large and well laid out, it holds much more than my previous oven
We are disappointed at a few things, which are pretty minor:
1) The oven seems to take a long time to preheat.
2) After reaching the designated temperature and then increasing the desired temperature to accommodate a different item to be baked, the oven suddenly states it is in preheat and registers a new lower temperature on the display, even though the oven door isn't opened. So if you start at 400 degrees, then later change the required temperature to 425, it will go into preheat mode and instantly show the oven temperature at 385.
3) It is easy to clean but leaves streaks with any cleaner other than stainless steel cleaner
4) It would be nice on this and any oven to be able to push a button that disables the digital control pad during cleaning. As you clean the digital touch pad you have many chances to change settings of the overall unit unintentionally.
5) The audible beep when the timer goes off or the oven hits the desired temperature is a single beep which can only be turned to low or high volume. It is not loud enough or long enough if you are anywhere other than standing right on top of the unit, which defeats the purpose
6) There is no light to tell you there is a burner on the stove turned on (seems silly, but trust me, this has already presented a safety issue with us)
Again, overall we are happy with the oven from the limited downdraft choices available to us.
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Use
Cons: Difficult To Clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knobs on the top instead of on the front are more difficult to keep clean. It's little trickier to see where the arrow is on the dial, my old stove had knobs that had a shape that pointed to the intensity of the flame. I am tall but it's a little bit of a reach to put a pan on the back burner and we use the small burner most often, both small burners are in the back. The delay start is a bit tricky to set but I will get it figured out without having to start over at the beginning with practice. So far the oven seems to work much better than my old Jenn-Air.
Cons: Hard To Use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the down draft range, but why do the front legs show under the lower panel? Our last range had a black rubber cover, this new one doesn’t.
