[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the 30” downdraft for our kitchen island the stove/oven is amazing. It looks and functions as a high end appliance- glad we spent the extra money for the quality.
Pros: Convenient, Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Quality Construction

New Range

Got this as a replacement for an old one. Love the burner arrangement. Flames seem to be better protected from fan. Oven temp needs to be adjusted. seems to run a bit colder than setting.

Great range!

Love the new range. We had a Jenn-Air range prior as well. This one, however, has better design features. The downdraft vent is MUCH less obtrusive and we love the stainless surface around the burners. But the thing we love most is the Aqualift Self Clean feature! It takes 40 minutes from start to finish instead of 4 hours like our older model. We also like the griddle plate that fits over the burners. Our other range had a griddle but we had to pop out two burners and fit the griddle in that space. So naturally we never used it. Well done, Jenn-Air!!

Gas Range on Island

The range is located on an island in the kitchen and is a showpiece as guests enter the room. We are thrilled with the overall contemporary styling, the Euro handle, the size of the oven, accessibility to controls and general ease of use. We are thoroughly enjoying the cooking experience and are getting most use from the 2 smaller burners which would be easier to access if they were positioned at the front of the stove. Suggest also that the audio notification for preheat and the timer be more noticeably different and timer tone be more 'assertive and repetitive' to better alert the end of the cooking time. The base of the stove at the front, while very stylish, could benefit from a slight recess to minimize toe stubbing when cooking.
Overall a great looking appliance and a good re-introduction to cooking with gas.

Love the new stove

We bought the new JennAir downdraft, mixed fuel. We have a center island with no room for an over stove draft or hood, so JennAir was our only choice. Thank you for continuing to make this mode. It's only been in for 2 weeks, and I'm happy to report that we're nothing but PLEASED! The only thing we've had to get used to is the increased BTUs over our old stove.
