Learning curve

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only used this about a month. I’m still learning to navigate the features and assume I’ll become comfortable wit it. Four stars because: if you like a clean stovetop, this design will make you crazy. With the knobs and panel on top on the cooking surface, any slight spatter or spill will extend to the knobs and panel. Four weeks in and I haven’t found a chemical free cleaning agent to erase the oil. I understand child safety issues but we’re beyond that.
Pros: Attractive Design, Quality Construction
Cons: Difficult To Clean, Hard To Use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Elegant design and easy to clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced our 23 year old Jenn Air downdraft and it has been a huge upgrade!
The oven is remarkably accurate on bake times and temperatures. We have been able to fully trust the auto covect and bake times, with perfect results. The cook surfaces are very easy to clean, so it is always looking its best.
Only complaints would be, 1. the cold draft that pours in through the downdraft vent. I understand that there's a couple of options to fix it, and we will explore that during warmer weather, and 2. The front burners are both rather large and even on low, are not able to hold a proper simmer using the default flame setting. On one of the burners, I adjusted the flame height with the adjusting screw.

The downdraft on the Jenn air
