[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Updated our 25 year old Jenn Air to this one and am very impressed so far Obviously technology has advanced based on the performance of this unit. Gas burners great and much improved downdraft fan over the old one Haven’t used the oven cleaning function so cannot speak to it yet Did have a broken burner grate when unpackaged and have yet to see the replacement delivered Had a friend weld the broken one so we can use all the burners or would be very unhappy with the delay
Pros: Convenient, Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Quality Construction
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a 15-year old Jenn-Air downdraft gas range that needed replacing. Since the new range is dual fuel, we had to install a 240v outlet. The information on Youtube and the JennAir site did not adequately describe how the outlet needed to be located. We just guessed and it was wrong. So, the installer moved the outlet and we were fine. The downdraft hole in the floor worked out well with the new model, and we didn't run into major problems with the installlation.
Worst Appliance Purchase I Ever Made...And I’m Old

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hard to get parts for an oven less than two years old? Believe it. It’s been out of service for three of the past four weeks because of two breakdowns...It takes 20 minutes to preheat to 350!...Self cleaning with this new AquaLift system? What a fairy tale. My old 25 year old JennAir left the house cleaner than my new one is now...Design? Crap! How about the clock designed to read across the room? Gone. You have to be at the oven to read the time, temp, etc...Would I recommend this to a friend? I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy.
Cons: Flimsy Construction, Difficult To Clean, Hard To Use, Leaks
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The look of this slide in appliance is amazing and is the centerpiece of our kitchen. I was concerned about cleaning the cooktop but the stainless steel wipes work very well.
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Quality Construction
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After spending nearly a month remodeling the location for the slide in, it seems to be working well. Very difficult to install due to the requirement to add a 40 amp circuit and working under the house to relocate the gas supply line and getting the downdraft blower assembly properly positioned under the stove.
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Quality Construction
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well. Bakes well (does not burn) although I'm going to check oven temperature for accuracy. Hard to clean cooktop surface. Streaks with normal warm soapy water. Have not figured out this cleaning issue. I'd take suggestions.
