[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is nothing not to like. I tested the oven temperature and it was calibrated perfectly. Its say to keep the stainless steel top clean compared to my old black glass stove that needed to be simonized lol. I am so glad I picked Jenn Air

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven performs well and happy with that. However I would have designed it differently if possible. The knobs and settings would be in the front of stove instead of on top. They can dirty wirh spills more easily where they are positioned.
Also being that the grates are made to attach together, it makes cleaning the stovetop more difficult in that one cannot clean just 1 area at a time without removing all 3 grates.
The griddle burner doesn't make sense. It only heats up the middle of the griddle pan therefore making cook time for pancakes etcetera difficult to gage as they cook differently on the top and bottom areas of the griddle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this in October 2022 - It arrived damaged (the door was not aligned properly, the drawer did not close, the cooktop surface was rough, and the grates had chips) I have since replaced this unit with a GE Cafe- Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven shorted out the first two times I used it, and the second time blew out my breaker. Turns out two wires were laid on top of each other at the factory. Hopefully, I won't have future problems with the oven.
