[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the only model that would work in my home. Its been a transition to electric from a Jenn-Air gas range so I'm getting used to slower cook times. I wish the keypad for controlling everything was less sensitive; on several occassions I changed a setting like "delay cook start" that messed me up. I have to be careful. Otherwise, its a good stove.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced old Jenn-Air downdraft after 17years as it quit working. Would of gave this a 5 star but the new model has the knobs and control panel on top of stove. It would have been better if they kept it on the front, because when you are cooking it very easy to bump it and start the oven or the fan or any of the other features. Otherwise, Love it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Attractive design however with the Knobs and display panel on top it gets messy when cooking. Burners heat quickly, love the pull out feature on the oven racks. Cleans easily on the top with afresh product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the oven and the cook top work well and I am happy with the performance. 1. Preheating for baking shows the temperature as it rises, which is useful for items that require very last minute assembly. Unfortunately, the roast option does not give the temperature as it preheats, just a whirlygig that goes round and round. 2. The downdraft fan has no way to close the vent when the fan is not in use--lets a lot of cold air into the kitchen in the winter. (I assume it will let hot air in during the summer.) 3. The downdraft through the floor makes the floor around the stove cold in the winter. How about adding some insulation that can be installed around the vent pipe. 4. Each burner has a different range of temperatures, which can be useful, but nowhere in the manual can I find what each label means--is ultra low higher or lower than simmer? Why not just put temperatures on the dials rather than words? I am figuring it out by trial and error.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this range to replace a jenn-air I have had for 20 years. I am not very happy with the new one. It comes out too far from the wall. I don't like the knobs on top. They are in the way and I accidentally touch the buttons and turn off the oven. The aqua clean is a joke. Can't use oven cleaner so I have to scrub the surfaces. I can't reach the back to scrub it. I would have liked one large burner in the back and the smaller burners should be centered.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to replace my 20 year old gas Jenn Air and purchased an electric Jenn Air downdraft stove and it is fabulous. Cooktop is awesome and the oven bakes even better than my first one. Will always purchase Jenn Air and recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you for having such great products.
Pros: Convenient, Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Quality Construction
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a few months ago am not over joyed with the range . Having to re configure the entire downdraft unit and having to have the appliance guys come back out because of two manufacturing flaws. Cooking surface was an 1/8 of an inch higher on one side. down draft duct work was not put together correctly half of the flange was inside of the duct wall and the other half was outside. But the manufacture still put it together
