[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our 3rd JennAir stove and the quality and workmanship has dropped off drastically since our last purchase 12 years ago. The toe kick is extremely cheap. The oven is extremely slow to heat up. The cook top (burners) are extremely hot and hard to control.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it about a month ago and love the large oven, wonderful burners. So glad to find the close out.
Pros: Convenient, Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Compact, Quality Construction
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven is great. The stovetop had marks on it the first time we used it. I’ve had cooktops before so was disappointed thst my cookware, which isn’t some cheap stuff, created marks that won’t wipe up. Super disappointed in that

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's great having four different types of controls, but not sure how to keep constant temp[erature. Still learning
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced an older model of JennAire downdraft slide in electric range when the touchscreen went out on the old one. Functions all seem very solid on the new one, although the burners and oven seem slower to heat up. The downdraft seems more powerful and the timer for turning off is a great addition. The controls are mounted horizontally and stick out from the counter much further than the older model, which is a bit inconvenient. The touchscreen also activates when cleaning it, however locking the controls seems to fix that. Haven't tried the steam clean feature yet, but I like that option. I miss the old glass top that extended onto the counter to support the range. That was easier to clean, but probably not as sturdy. This model will probably need some kind of trim kit to fill any gap between the range top and the counter. I chalked mine with clear silicone.
Overall, I am pleased with this range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new Model looks nice but the quality is far less than expected. After being a JennAir owner for 30+ years (this being my third JennAir stove) This model has not met my expectations. One of the oven racks had a burr on the bottom side which caused the enamel to chip, hence a new stove had to be reordered leaving me without a stove for almost a month. If that was not bad enough, when the second stove arrived, one of the racks had the same burr in the exact same place. I noticed it immediately and did not put it inside the oven for fear of chipping the enamel again so the rack is sitting in my garage unusable. Where the vent cover is for the down draft, in the corner where the metals meet, you can see a corded wire, not good and definitely not safe. For the price I paid for this new stove, I expected TOP quality. The Stainless steel surface is not even fingerprint proof like my new GE appliances are! I expected that as well for what I paid. It is suffice to say that If I am ever in the market for another stove, I will not be buying another JennAir.
