[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to upgrade, as our old model (2005, I think) died. The design on the old one is much nicer - it had a lip to cover the gap between oven and counter, a smooth face with more subtle knobs (the new ones are huge). I also feel like the new model is harder to wipe down - every time you wipe over the touchscreen, it thinks you're pushing buttons, and it is awkward to wipe around the large knobs. Other than that, it works fine (though you'd think it could preheat a little faster for such an expensive oven). We would not have chosen it (design-wise), except we had to get a slide-in downdraft and there is just this one and kitchen aid. It is also deeper so it sticks out of our island and we will have to get the granite cut to fit it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I read some negative reviews but had no choice due to downdraft. I have only had for few months and we are very happy so far.
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Quality Construction
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this range for about 5 months now. Overall, I’m very pleased. I’m not going to get into technicalities; I can just say that it has met a variety of needs perfectly. There are only three things I don’t like, or rather, something that can easily be improved. The touch screen is super sensitive- you can’t wash it or lean over without it beeping a lot. Secondly, you can hardly hear the timer. The whole point of a timer is so that you can leave the room, yet I can’t hear it in the next room. And it only beeps once. Finally, when the timer goes off, it should start counting back up, so that you know how much time has passed, because you didn’t hear it go off initially.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven seems to take quite a bit of time to get up to the designated temperature which is a little bit of a disappointment. JennAir is quite attractive; however, if the power blinks you have to reset the clock every time which is a little bit of an annoyance and why I only gave it four stars
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that this heats quickly. What I have a problem with is, like many other manufacturers, the touch buttons on the top are way too sensitive. Just brushing up against them sets them off. I don't know why all household appliance companies are doing this but it's annoying to say the least. Very bothersome. And when I had to clean it the first time it took forever. The temp for the auto clean is very low and you have to put 2 cups of water in the bottom. After said amount of time I had to remove the water that was left before wiping clean. That ended up being a major hassle since there was a lot of water left in there. And then the oven wasn't anywhere near clean. I simply couldn't get it completely clean after 3 tries. I gave up. My last Jenn Air oven had an auto clean with a lock installed and it took about 2 hours. But it actually cleaned it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the third one I have owned and I have been very pleased with them! This one has several new features and I love it! And the stainless color blends well with my refrigerator and dishwasher!
Pros: Convenient, Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Quality Construction
