[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Downdraft fan in operative. Recently installed and I pushed the downdraft fan And it barely comes on. Now I have to schedule a repair. So bummed out
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Jenn-air products. The design of this model makes it hard to keep clean. The fan turns in when wiping it down due to all controls being on top. It was not a very smart design.
Pros: Convenient, Easy To Use, Quality Construction
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very happy with my New stove and would highly recommend It. I had my previous Jenn-Air for 31 years and could not get parts for it any longer which forced me to purchase a new one.. The only thing is with the touch screen control panel being on the top of the stove sometimes when reaching over it , it turns something on without actually touching. It it's very sensitive , That would be my only complaint
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Quality Construction
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Downdraft ranges are rare, only a couple of companies make them and thankfully JennAire is one. The range is beautiful, the features are nice but because it’s a downdraft the air fryer feature was not available. The stovetop heats quickly but the oven, without a quick heat option takes some time. The range is wider than my previous JennAire and required cutting of my counter top, maybe a half of inch. The depth is also deeper and sticks out beyond my counter top. Thus far it’s working for our limited cooking needs and we’re happy with it.
A couple of notations; the controls are extremely sensitive and should be locked when not in use. It’s impossible to clean the top without turning on a feature otherwise. Most importantly, the description should note that a “plumber or HVAC technician” is needed for installation. The seller was not aware and after delivery the range sat until a plumber arrived and left, an electrician installed a new electrical outlet and the plumber returned for installation. Standard delivery technicians are not certified to install a downdraft range.
Pros: Convenient, Easy To Use, Quality Construction
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took quite a while to receive our purchase and then have it installed, but worth the wait. We had a JennAir that was original to our home (1990). Loved it, but after 32 years was showing it age. We wanted the same quality so researched and bought this new JennAir and the improvements, internal size, cooktop, and look really updates our kitchen. We've received numerous compliments, and the simple operation, and functionality seem to be the trademark of JennAir. We couldn't be more pleased.
Pros: Convenient, Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Quality Construction
