Oven would not heat properly. Took forever to heat up to begin with and then would not hold the temperature. The bottom "oven" is good for warming but is terrible for baking. Original stove was replaced by the dealer after two service visits were unable to fix the problem. 2nd stove seems to work better.
Pros: Attractive Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This range is used for normal family meals. The oven preheats fairly quickly and is very quiet. Three level burner will take some getting used to.
Pros: Easy To Use, Attractive Design, Convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the overall options on the range. It also looks very professional and cooks evenly. The only complaint would be that the glass seemed very hard to clean. None of the glass tops are easy, but this one seems to be harder than the last one I had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used this new appliance several times and we're happy with the results so far. First off, it's beautiful and looks very expensive. It functions a bit different from my last GE so I have to get used to it. It does take longer to pre-heat and the fan stays on for a long time after the oven has been used. However it doesn't bother me as long as I know it is running efficiently. The stove top is beautiful but I can tell that I will need to be extremely careful when cleaning it. I don't want to scratch the stainless, and I read in other reviews that the black paint will come off the dial area if scrubbed. I have been using a very soft cloth for cleaning and only water to wipe it. I ordered the recommended Affresh cleaning kit and hope it will work well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this jean Air oven/cooktop is a nice product. It looks good and works well. The one thing I would suggest as an improvement is to make the glass cooktop fit exactly onto the stainless part of the stove. As currently designed there is an 1/8th inch groove that encircles the glass cooktop and it beomes a magnet for crumbs etc that then need to be cleaned out.

great for all the vegetables and the warmer one was perfect for the gravy. Makes entertaining go smoothly.
