Difficult to clean, noisy fan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I waiting a couple months for this stove to be available, and I must say I am a bit disappointed. The stainless steel top is very difficult to keep clean and the fan is super loud.
Pros: Attractive Design
Cons: Difficult To Clean

Not as user friendly as previous model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the new glass top model technology but miss the module inserts where I can use a griddle. I do NOT like the digital controls - way too sensitive. I do not like the knobs on the top; they are exposed to cooking elements and get dirty faster.
I prefer the appliance top of the previous model where it slides in "over" the counter which minimizes "stuff" dripping down the sides where it cannot be cleaned.
You need to make your exhaust fan template available on your website. This is very important if replacing floor surfaces. Much easier to drill wood subflooring and cut tile around the exhaust hole than drilling a hole through tile (2 hours).
Jenn-aire has been my choice for 40 years (this is my 4th) as I prefer downdraft technology, but this model is not my favorite by far.

Great looking, grays fast but annoying touch butto

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The range works great however whenever we lean too much over it we almost accidentally turn on the oven or the downdraft fan! It’s quite frustrating at times. The touch button are really sensitive. One solution we found was to lock the touch pad. I think it would help to have the buttons on the side rather in the front!

Great unit, but.....

Love the stove, it's functions and design are awesome.
But..... we were disappointed that it did not come with the trim kit for the counter to cover the gaps. Having trouble finding the kit as the website is horrible!

The worst purchase in 50 years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most traumatic purchase experienced, totally inconvenient and a waste of space. Please don’t make the same mistake we did in accepting this ongoing horror. We haven’t felt comfortable making one meal yet without the dread of scratching the glass top and are in constant confusion about what type of cookware to buy for it. Please read the reviews before you purchase. We wish that we had.

Glass top burners heats up evenly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Burners heat up quickly & evenly. Didn’t think I like a glass top but it is growing on me!! Has been 26 years for the 1st Jenn Air was still working but time to change out. Glad I did!! Just wish that the oven preheated quickly that is the only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star review.
