Love the features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received our JennAir range around three weeks ago. Looks so sleek! Getting used to how to do everything it does - love the convection part of the oven - makes for more even cooking especially when baking more than one item. Only thing I’ve had to get used to is that it seems to take longer to heat up than my old range. Everything else is great!
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Use
Cons: Bulky

Nice upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are few downdraft ranges available and even fewer in stock. We were replacing a Jennair that was not great. New range is as we expected except the top rack slides out when the oven door opens. Checked and the range is level.
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Use

Looks nice but danger points

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The control panel edges are sharp and should be rounded so when bending over to oven and nearby under cabinets you do not cut your head if you hit the edge straightening to a standing position. Also, a big problem is the red warning light. It’s a pundit and a warning light should be large; it is so small that overhead lights reflect on it and it appears to be on. The easy glide rack is only one rack, not all racks in the oven. The small burner on the cooktop is in the back. You have to lift over a large pot in front to get to it— impossible for a short person. Did even one female cook help design this oven; it seems impossible that one did! Finally, the oven takes way too long to heat!
Cons: Hard To Use

Downdraft works well, but cleaning is difficult

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The downdraft feature solves a problem in our kitchen island cooking area. But the glass top is impossible to keep clean without scrubbing and at the end of every use! Otherwise, anything left on the top, even just a drop, will keep accumulating more dirt and will be almost impossible to remove.

Great Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new Range is Beautiful. I would have given 5 stars but because of the problems I'm having. First of all I don't like the black, would rather have a white cook top. The instructions say to clean up spills immediately. By the time it's cool enough to scrape the spills they have already baked in and neither the scraper nor the Affresh Cleaner work to get the burned in spill cleaned. It's upsetting to look at these spills and not be able to get them clean. I have a deep scratch because I dragged a skillet on the burner while cooking. Now I have to take extreme caution when cooking, making sure I move my pots and pans very carefully so as to not damage the cook top. I shouldn't be intimidated and afraid to cook on my brand new stove! I'm so upset because I now have a deep scratch and burned in spills on my brand new range! Because it's black and stainless steel I find I'm having to clean it constantly. I love cooking but since I got my new range, it has taken the joy out of cooking for me because I have to watch every move I make when I'm cooking. I wish I had my old stove back; I believe it was the original stove from when the house was built in 1977. We've been in this house since 2014 and I loved my Old Jenn-Air Downdraft. Our new range is absolutely beautiful and I'm very proud of it but I would never have another one. Sorry. :( I would send pictures but I'm not computer savvy enough to know how to do it.

Uneven browning and delivered defective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Waited months for this overpriced appliance that isn’t nearly as good as my former head oven that browned every. To top it off, the glass cooktop was uneven and I had to wait three weeks for a repair on an uneven glass cooktop. Very disappointed.

Very nice range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took a bit to get the downdraft blower fitted and the outlet up to date but all working now and LOVE this range. Except the control panel the cat keeps walking on. But that is a re-training issue since we did not have a working cooktop/stove for months!!
