Miss my old jennaire with the grill!

I’m short and the stove is taller then I’m use to so I have to get close to see the clock. The oven takes a long time to heat up although the burners heat up very fast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The controls & glass tops are great, Slow to preheat, but the oven cooling fan is good new feature. Not loving the aqua clean, the heat cleaning with my former Jenn=Air did such a wonderful job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are few downdraft stove options, and while overall this one has some nice options (prove setting, three racks, multiple burner sizes) it has have some poorly thought out things. Why would anyone put a ring of sticky silicone around the entire circumference of the stove top, as it is a cleaning nightmare—catching every possible crumb or drop. Only one timer? Seriously? Back burners are placed so close to the rear that a pan hits the wall behind the stove top. C’mon designers. For this price stove, you expect more attention to detail. Feels like they’re aware the market is limited and just phoned it in on some of these details. Positives include the easy to use and intuitive electronics, accurate stove temperature, fast burner heating, good ventilation, and larger oven size.

Cons: Difficult To Clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my Jenn-Air downdraft range for about 2 weeks and I love it. The glass cooktop is so nice to use, super easy to keep sparkling clean. The powerful downdraft vent/fan is impressive. I'm already a fan of convection baking, am able to produce the best loaves of gluten free bread in my new oven!

Jenn-Aire Downdraft Range

I love Jenn-Air for its good quality, however it needs an experienced installer to avoid problems with inexperienced installer which happened in my case. This new one I've got is to replace the older yr. 2000 model that has been upgraded in so may ways and more complex.
Once the range was perfectly fitted and corrected, the time that was wasted in installing was forgotten. Now I'm happy specially that my wife is happy of the outcome.
Hopefully this machine will last longer that its predecessor to keep the good name of the brand. Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a 1988 Jenn-Air downdraft range. Be prepared to modify the slide in space and duct attachment as the modern design is different; it is NOT a straightforward replacement.
The new range works super well and looks great, so worth the effort.
