[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven takes much longer to preheat than the older model, however, it cooks well. The glass top is hard to clean. I have had Jenn-Air for over 25 years. I believe in the product.

Great Oven, but features missing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kitchen is designed around an open hip wall between the kitchen and the dinning area. A high counter separates the two. I was forced to buy a down-draft unit or remodel the entire kitchen, and the only down-draft available was a JennAir. The unit has a very large oven with four shelves...one shelf slides all the way out of the oven for easy reach for heavy items. One cook top element offers a super low setting for melting things like chocolate. One offers a super fast spot to quickly boil water for pasta or seafood. The third element is split....turns on small circle for small pans, or large circle for larger pans. Down-draft fan is much improved over the fan from 20 years ago.
But, there is no option for delayed baking. My old unit had two timers, this unit has only one. However the control panel is much improved. Very expensive

Slow heating up

Would love to love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Jenn-Air range because it was the only 30" option to replace my old JennAir (which I was happy with for many years). My only complaint is cleaning the glass cooktop. I have only been using it for several weeks, and can see how it will be eventually impossible to keep the beautiful finish. I changed out my pans, got new cleaning supplies and scoured the web for advice. And yet it takes me 10 minutes or more to repeatedly rub out spots. The cooking quality itself is great - better than my old one. If it wasn't for the cleaning, I would be raving about this unit.

Enjoying this stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this stove after waiting for 10 months for another brand stove. I was replacing a 20 year old Jenn-Air and felt the replacement JA was just too expensive. When the stove I wanted was back ordered until 2022 I broke down and got the JA that, miracle of miracles,
was actually in stock at the store. This is my third JA and over the past 40 years will have to say only ever had 2 service calls so I am hoping this one serves as well. Cleaning the cooktop is really time consuming. Also, when trying to clean the control panel you turn on the oven and the fan and set off all kinds of sounds, that is annoying. The oven is so much better design than my old one.
Design is much much better than overall. Looking forward to using it.
