Great Stove

Have to have it replaced after 3 weeks of use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this to replace our 15 year old Jenn-Air range, with which we were very happy. In the beginning we were very happy with this new model. However, two major issues came up. First of all, the self-cleaning feature is not as good as our old model. We roasted a chicken in the oven and the sides of the oven got splattered. The self-cleaning feature only worked at cleaning the bottom, the sides remained greasy and dirty. We spent over 30 minutes hand cleaning the oven. This is something we are just going to have to live with. The second problem was that the rear left corner of the cook top separated from the frame. The edge of the cooktop is now 1/16" above the frame instead of resting below the frame. It flexes if you press on it so it is clearly unsupported. This is the reason the range is going to be replaced. Fortunately, the store we purchased this from was very responsive.

Attractive...easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the range for only a week but have found it easy to navigate the various functions. My only reservation is the glass stove top is difficult to clean, even with the special cleaner, if something spills on the hot surface.
