[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a smaller kitchen so we wanted a built in to save some space. We soon discovered that the freezer space is limited after emptying our old refrigerator. this was disappointing. Within the first few days the lights fell off the produce draw so we had to set up a service call. We are also surprised as to how hard the doors slam if you done hold them. Hopefully we wont have anymore issue going forward.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good keeps fresher longer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had the fridge for a short time but absolutely love it! It really does keep the food fresher for longer. I love the separate fruit and veggie bins ... lots of room. As well, the drawer below is large and deep ... perfect for cheeses, meats and breads. Heavy duty doors shut easily. Bins on the doors can hold large bottles. And wine holder has been kept busy during COVID. The freezer is very cold and has ample storage. The ice cubes are clear and fresh tasting. Overall rating - top notch!!! I highly recommend this built-in fridge.

LED lights are continuously failing.

Over priced Refrigerator for Quality

I have had my refrigerator for less than a year and a couple of bins have broken. And that is not the worst part but I can't find replacement parts. It disappointing what I have spent on this refrigerator and can't find these parts have only owned it for 8 months

Interior Lights

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 4 years of ownership one by one all the interior lights have gone dark. Replacing them has be FUN. But why would the manufacturer allow this to happen?? It is a nuisance.

Extraordinary space in refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator 1 month ago to replace another KitchenAid refrigerator of the same dimensions (side by side with water/ice dispenser in freezer door), which was 20 years old. We like the large storage in the refrigerator and convenience of a freezer drawer. One issue we have is there is not water dispenser in the refrigerator, which is no big deal as we have reverse osmosis faucet in the sink. The refrigerator looks great with the oak panel doors to match our cabinetry that were installed. The unit seems to be commercial grade, which should imply a long life.
