I am very pleased with this dryer. I wash a minimum of 3 loads per day. I like all the different drying options. Lint tray is fairly easy to clean. Our clothes are holding up well. The only negative is there is no signal sound to let you know cycle has finished. There is a dial for signal, but mine doesn't make any noise, but it's not worth the hassle of returning over a buzzer.

TOO LOUD

Purchased a month ago. Had 2 service calls because motor is extremely loud and makes grinding noises. Dries the clothes fine, but my laundry room is off my kitchen so it's annoying to have to listen to.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We were only able to use this product for a week before returning home, but it appears to dry sheets and blankets satisfactorily.

Just what we needed and exceeded our expectations!

We bought a GE washer and this matching gas dryer around Dec 1st, 2014. We looked at quite a few from different makers but settled on these because of their shallower depth compared to most, the fact that the dryer could easily be vented from inside down thru the floor, and the GE reputation. We have a small 1st floor space to work with and these units were perfect for that. We have been completely satisfied in all respects. The units are trim and good-looking, sound level is quite low compared to others we've owned, drying performance is fine and it makes very little noise, which was a major drawback of our previous dryer.

i bought this last month and its not what I expected. I can only use the timed dry. the other two dry cycles don't dry the cloths. could not return so I am stuck sad :(((
