Does what it is suppose to do.

The only issue I have with this dryer is the lint trap. The lint screen is all plastic and the actual screen is not like previous dryers I have had. The actually had regular metal screen material. Also there is a lot of lint that gets past the filter. I am constantly cleaning the lint out of this area. I know you have to do this occasionally but, not all the time. Otherwise the dryer is fine so far.

Great simple dryer

I bought this to match the washer we purchased a few months ago. It dries fast, silent and its easy to unload the lint trap. Easy to use, even the kids figured it out:)

The lint trap is inferior and problematic

I could tell you about the features of this dryer, but you might as well stop here. The lint trap is the worst feature of this dryer. The plastic fitting does not fit well (it gets warped). Lint is trapped in the filter, but also goes down inside of the hole where the lint trap is. Also, lint builds up to a grimy mess just above the gasket and where the door aligns with the lint trap. With the moisture and the closed doors, my inside of my dryer got black. There are only two of us (retired) in the house, no pets, no smoking and I've had the dryer for two months and I would recommend that you look elsewhere. Don't get stuck with this dryer for the next 10 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had to get rid of my old dryer (that I've had for 30 years) because the washer stopped working, and the dryer was on its way out. I'm so happy I got this new one -it works wonderfully!
