Nice match for my he top load washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer has made the chore of drying laundry much easier and it is a nice match next to my he top load washer. The main feature I was looking for in a dryer was a steam option. I quickly learned how to use the units steam dewrinkle and steam refresh cycles to meet my needs in today's fast paced world. The SensorDry feature is right on the mark the majority of the time and I must extend the time it's not a problem. This unit is gentle on my clothing and drys them quickly. Even is you add this dryer to a washer that does not match you will love it but I must say the pair work very well together. I think my iron may be feeling a little left out. Thanks GE for producing a nice quality machine.

Best Dryer Hands Down

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this dryer. I have had this dryer for about a year now and grow to love it more each day. I am a single man who works at almost 5 different jobs and travel all over the world. I'm a professional entertainer, minister and Psychologist. I'm constantly running and don't have time for wet clothing. I also don't have time to iron. From the washer I put my clothing all types including machine washable silks, put it on the proper cycle and the dryer's sensor senses when the clothing is dry and shuts it off and also all my clothing on all cycles comes out perfectly pressed. Also if a piece of clothing becomes wrinkled from my closet before I put it on I have either steam or no steam dewrinkle. Yes ladies throw away that old iron you will never have to iron again isn't that a wonderful time saver in today's rush rush world. At 64 years old who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks?

Extreme advances in 20 years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't normally write product reviews, and when I do, it is seldom during the first week of use.
My old GE dryer was still running, but the washer died after 19 1/2 years of use.
The old dryer used to take at least 1 1/2 hours to dry a load of 5 pairs of jeans, 1 jersey sweatshirt and 1 jersey sweat pants. It also required an additional cycle to completely dry.
The new dryer accomplished the same load in approximately 35 minutes, with no second cycle necessary.
First time I've ever owned a dryer with a water supply.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent dryer with a lot of capacity. Love the stainless steel drum. Dries heavy items like towels in half the time of my old dryer. It has a setting for everything you could possibly need.I wavered between getting the model with steam or without. Glad I got this one with steam. It actually does help dewrinkle clothes. Easy to clean front lint filter. Just wet a finger and drag it across screen and lint comes right up. Love the LED countdown. Tells you exactly how long before your clothes are ready. Dryer is fairly quite, especially for such a large drum.

Fantastic dryer until it STOPPED and the power would not work. another deficiency appliance that could not last. When will companies make quality products that last. My grandmother would be so disappointed in today's appliances. If this product would have lasted it was a great design and great features
