Great printer and even better customer service

The only downside of this printer is that it is ginormous so make sure you have the space to set it up. Once set up though, it is a fast, beautiful color laser jet printer that can handle up to 11x17 paper at a super reasonable price.
We had an issue with the printer ink sensor on ours and one live chat with support later and a replacement was on the way. Such a great support experience!

Very fast good quality printing. Some "standard" tasks require a secondary app, but once you have that every thing works well.

Has performed flawlessly over the years. I especially like the ability to handle a vast range of paper sizes. A slight drawback is that if not under constant use, the ink dries up and clogs the heads; but that is easily corrected with cleaner solution.
