Excellent For Warming & Proofing Bread

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We love Bosch. This appliance is sleek and beautiful. I make bread weekly. As a retired chef, definitely a must have for entertaining. It's part of all of our Bosch eye candy purchases; Coffe System, 800 Series Dishwasher, Speed Oven and Wall Oven combination, Induction stove top and Fridge/Freezer
I would recommend this to a friend!

Comes in Really Handy

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I really like our Warming Drawer. It allows me to feed the family at a decent hour and still have a warm meal for those that are going to be late. It's definitely pricey. If it's not going to get regular use, I wouldn't bother.

Poor design

I kick this spring loaded drawer at least once every time I cook. And it doesn't always catch closing so you are pushing it repeatedly with your foot as you are in the middle of preparing a meal. Why not just a simple pull out push in drawer.....and please Bosch come with a work around (maybe magne) to keep this drawer in its place.

My warming drawer

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I use my warming drawer mostly to melt my crystallized honey before selling to customers. I need a low temperature for many hours. I find the Bosch drawer lacking in this somewhat as the proofing is too low temperature and low is too high. It would have been better with more temperature choices and visual temperature. The other thing that disturbs me is that the drawer when closed doesn't sem to be fully closed and leaves a gap.

Generally works well and plates and bowls achieve a good temperature. Unfortunatly the door does not always line up in the closed position and sits out slightly

Great addition to our kitchen

Easy to use but the door lock is terrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came with our house and we've used it to keep food warm, as a proofing oven for baked goods, etc. The controls are easy and it works fairly well, when you can get it closed. But the locking mechanism is terrible. You have to remember to push it closed on the left side. If you push from the front of right side it won't close.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
