TROUBLE

total refit backsplash had to be replaced to accomodate this unit so we really wanted it to work put biscuits in 400 dec. for 55 mins should have been 10 still weren't cooked.

Great Microwave!!

Poor Convection Performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently purchased a suite of Bosch appliances for a kitchen renovation and selected this model because we wanted "a second oven" as advertised in the product literature. Microwave works well, but very disappointed with the convection mode. It takes long to pre-heat and never reaches the set temperature - it is always 40 to 50 degrees below, regardless of the programmed temp. This effectively renders the unit useless for cooking any items in the 425 to 450 degree range because the unit never reaches that temperature. Yesterday the service technician replaced the temperature sensor and the electronics, but it did not improve the performance.
Also, steam gets in between glass panels of the door, reflecting a poorly insulated door. Not happy with this unit.

Great Microwave Convection Combo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this installed in our newly remodeled kitchen about 9 months ago. Looks great operates even better. Quick cooking and warm up in microwave mode. Convection mode gives the option of a second oven. Great at the holidays.

New experience, new learning curve, great microwav
