Beautiful and easy use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the warming drawer one week ago and it's been my saving grace since my microwave has not been installed yet. I use it to keep my coffee warm in the mornings as I am a "sipper", and for keeping dinner warm on nights that my family is working late. I've used this appliance more than I ever expected.
I love the look of the warming drawer, with its sleek, stainless steel exterior, it blends in beautifully with my other appliances.

Poor quality

My warming drawer is only a few months old and has been repaired twice. It does not fit tightly and continues to have more slack all the time. The drawer also periodically sticks in the closed position

Drawer latch won't latch

The clever push to open / push to close feature off the drawer never worked right. It maybe latches closed after pushing and jiggling numerous times. Same when trying to open. Nothing in the manual about how to adjust. The warming feature works fine.

Wiggly Warming Drawer

This drawer is only 2 months old and has been serviced twice. The issues still exists. It periodically sticks closed and the slack continues to get worse when closing.

Heat temp

I have only had this for a couple months and tried to use it for warming of Thanksgiving dished after cooked and even on high they ended up almost room temp... just wondered if that was others experience?
