Super fast Data Transfers, True USB 3.1 raid drive

Using XPS 8930, 2xSSDs in Raid 0, large files; Write all day long at 500MB/sec, read 700MB/sec the limited only by the desktop. Excellent external Raid enclosure for two SATA drives.

Slow on USB 3.0

Should be getting close to 1Gbps with 2x SSD drives Raid 0, only getting around 250Mbps transfer speeds on USB 3.0. Disappointing!

Worked great for a lil bit

Bought this a few months ago, almost a year and it worked great. Now it does not show up when I plug it in no matter what I do with it. (Windows 10, Windows 11). At first every time I plugged it in my mouse cursor would creep all over the screen. As soon as I unplugged this device my cursor would go back to normal. THERE ARE NO DRIVERS THAT I CAN FIND!

Not a great experience so far...

Shipped with either wrong power supply, or they changed the plug on the body of the unit and didn't notify the people adding the power supply to change the plug. Either way....unit not usable. Replacement on the way.

Loosing data between PC's

I have been using S3520BU33ER for many years between home and work as common drive. I bought a S252BU313R and fitted 2TB hard drives. If I work at home and then take the hard drive to work the next day, the files created at home show but will not open and then promptly disappear. They cannot be seen on my home or work PC-gone. I even bought a new DELL for home, thinking it might be the PC, and the same thing happens. I have lost all confidence in the product. Is it hardware, firmware, TRIM?
