Pretty good except the zipper.

Has great padding and worked pretty good for awhile but the zipper on the corner broke after a year or so.

Mostly good, but bad zipper design for corners

The material is great and the bag is well built but the zipper trail on the pocket in front of the handle (not the laptop one) ripped off the sides of the bag, so it's harder to zip it around the corners. I did carry a full water bottle, subject notebook, and a plastic lunch box in that pocket, but it was hardly heavy enough to strain the zipper.

Disappointing

I loved this bag when I got it. The bag itself is very sturdy construction, but the zippers are cheap and pull away from the fabric. If it weren't for that I would probably give the bag a 5 star. A cheap zipper on an expensive bag is a huge oversight in engineering in my opinion. My new bag will be a Swiss gear.

Backpack is sturdy; Zippers are not

I had the exact same experience with the zipper. I use my backpack for traveling and travel quite a lot. After about 18 months, the zipper in the big / back pocket broke. Very disappointing that such an expensive backpack has shoddy zippers.

Price was maybe a bit

Price was maybe a bit too affordable. Very comfortable to carry and outside of bag is holding up well. Inside material of upper pocket has deteriorated completely rendering that portion unusable. Other pocket lining also starting to go. I am hard on bags but it is the outside of them that takes most of the beating with using public transport and my own two feet to get around. I’m surprised about the interior as I use interior bags as well. I have used the bag every day since arrival.

Worked for About a School Year

The bag Itself is well designed, sturdy, and has some good eye appeal. The straps are comfortable for the long walks up the hills to class. The front pocket works decently well for concealed carry. It got me though all but the last three weeks of the school year when the rearmost big pocket zipper came undone. Overall, it’s a solid bag and I would buy it again, assuming the zipper won’t bust.
