[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best description of this bag is that it is a modern briefcase that will hold your computer and the more traditional briefcase items. It also is structured to stand up on its own. This is a great bag, that holds a lot and looks very professional. The main compartment has folders for papers and smaller pockets that accommodate tablets, chargers, wires, mice, and other technical necessities. Alternately, a small amount of clothing will fit. The front compartments will hold cards, pens, small chargers, and other small necessities. The only problem is the laptop compartment. It is designed to hold a laptop that is about two and a half inches (about 6 cm) thick. Perhaps the design has not been updated since 1998, but the thickest laptop I've seen in the last five years is about half an inch (less than 2 cm). However, this extra space does accommodate a second screen or a portable standing desk (like Levit8) so maybe it is intentional. Either way, I love this bag. The shoulder strap is removable and I usually keep it unused in the computer compartment (because there is so much extra room there).

This is an attractive leather case and practical with plenty of storage as well as the checkpoint friendly section for the laptop. The negatives are that the laptop section is not well padded and the seam at the top is prone to early wear.

The full side zip supposedly allows you to keep your laptop in the bag and still go through security, but he hasn't tested flying with it yet. Very high quality and professional looking.
