I absolutely LOVE this bag. I have been using everyday for business for the last 2 years and it has held up like a champ! I got it in the Silver color with the pink accents, it's stylish but it's tough. I love that the straps and the back panel are super padded, it helps when I have to wear it while I am running through the airport terminal. There is so much space in this bag - I use it everyday to carry my beast of a work laptop, and my tablet, and there is plenty of room to handle multiple file folders, and my various chargers and work supplies. I also use this as my secondary carry on item while traveling and I can store my travel purse as well as my 3-1-1 bag items for quick access at the security line, and I have never had an issue with it. I think the only thing I would like to see change on this bag is that I wish it included one of those straps on the back so that you can slide it over the handle of suitcase. It's not a HUGE deal but it would help while waiting in the security lines. It holds so much I can overpack it, so it gets kinda heavy. Would defeinitely buy this again.

Loses quality after a month of use

I take this to university everyday and it has enough space and more, but after a month it loses it's rigidity and becomes a normal floppy backpack and doesn't sit up straight like in the pictures and videos. Now I took it on a trip, a year after buying, and the main zipper suddenly broke so I can't use the bag. Be very gentle with the bag, I don't recommend it for students really.

Cons: Bad Zippers, Heavy To Begin With

school is a great size for short people. the bottom portion was not very secured, i added a cardboard box in the bottom to sustain my books. or else it would droop along. before my backpack got stolen from my vehicle it was my to go backpack. i miss it.

Great Design, But Not Very Durable

I've used this backpack everyday for the past year. It's comfortable and spacious. Over time, some of the seams around the straps have come undone, and I've sewn it back up, but recently the zipper on the main compartment broke, which I can't reasonably fix. I expected more time and use out of this bag than I got, unfortunately.
