Love it, but some fit + finish issues

This is overall a great keyboard. It's ergonomic, comfortable, and a great size (if you aren't looking for portability). I just have a couple issues: the rubber feet on the tilt legs keep falling off, and I've had this for less than a month. In and of itself, it doesn't make a huge difference for usability, especially since I can just use a drop of superglue to fix it. But it does make me question the long-term durability of the product.
Also, the customizability of the Options+ software leaves a lot to be desired. The mouse and keyboard shortcuts don't work within the app itself, which is ironic. And setting up more than just one or two app-specific customizations becomes tedious, because there's no way to customize a group of apps (for example, if you want the forward and back buttons to be redo and undo in all MS Office apps, you have to set them one-by-one). There are even some setups which don't work when app-specific, but do when set as Global (like setting a button to be play/pause as an app-specific setting for Spotify won't work, but that same button with the same setting as a Global option works fine. Which is great if you want play/pause more than anything else, but not if you want that button for another function except in Spotify). The ease of setup just means a couple minutes of tedium, and would probably bring my review up by half a star or so if fixed. Broken app-specific customizations are the other star and a half.

Overall Great Combo!

The keyboard and mouse combo is really great and I am enjoying them overall. The only issue is I feel like the "B" key is a bit sticky. Not sure if that is intentional but it needs to be pressed with more force than the rest of the other buttons.

Great multi-system keyboard and mouse,

Great multi-system keyboard and mouse, MK850. I have two computers (work and home) and regularly shift back and forth. I also compared with MK875 and chose the MK850. This mouse has the system switch selection in a handy location on the top left side of the mouse, whereas MK875 has it on the bottom. I think the keyboards are similar. The other main difference is MK850 runs on batteries and MK875 is rechargeable. But MK850 can run for many weeks while MK875 seems to need a recharge every couple days. It comes with only one unifying receiver, so if you don't have another receiver already, be sure to get one for your other computer.

I have used a logitech K350 for several years. There are a few features that I liked better about the old keyboard. The new keyboard is more sensitive to the touch, so it took a bit to get used to it. The mouse seems a bit glitchy but is easier to use as time goes on. Overall, a good product.

Really happy with the performance

It's really nice that you can control 3 computers with it. Zero complaints on any of it. Really nice that it is both bluetooth and their unifying receiver that goes into the USB port. I only use bluetooth and it doesn't skip a beat.

Mac Compatibility is Questionable

Says compatible with MacOS, but found I HAD to connect via Bluetooth and could not use the dongle. If you have these connected to the Mac using the dongle, you’ll experience extreme lag times with the keyboard and the mouse will cut in and out, making both unusable. Tested with multiple Macs and same results. Installed Logitech Options software on both Macs to check for firmware or driver updates, none. Could save customers a lot of time letting them know in the documentation that these only work via BT with MacOS.
