The All-in-One is different. Time will tell if I have made a mistake. Because it has no "tower", I have been able to eliminate the computer desk that I originally set up. But, I needed to re-arrange the working position due to the size of the monitor, which I have determined to be too big, so that I can push it back further away from my view. I replaced the keyboard because it was too small and the mouse because it was too big and cramped my hand. Using the Logitech keyboard and mouse has been much better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

HP shipped the computer very fast and we received it much earlier than expected, which was fantastic. The set-up was so easy and quick. This all-in-one computer is so much better than our old desktop because it has very few wires, it is so quiet, and super fast. The kids really love the touch screen capability and the 27 inch screen is amazing. I am very satisfied with this purchase and would highly recommend this product as well as all HP products due to the great quality. We have now converted to basically all HP technology in the house with 4 HP laptops, 2 HP printers, and this desktop for the entire family. Thanks HP!

I bought this a few weeks ago and so far - so good. It's nice not having the PC on the floor and trying to connect cables around the desk and up the back to the monitor, printer, etc. The build quality seems pretty good and I feel like this was a good choice.
