Original Battery life only 18 months

I purchased this model 18 months ago and the battery life was short. I had normal load on the unit of Network-Modem, 20" monitor, a 19" TV and Blu-Ray player.
This is significantly shorter than what I expected from the BE850M2 model write up when I purchased the unit.

This unit is great, Extremely reliable like all of our other APC products. Has usb ports that keep our headsets safe when charging.

I get a constant tone and it wont reset after I push the power button, Unit is just over 1 year old.. Piece of junk, I will never buy this brand again.

I ought 2 of these approximately 1 yr ago. Both have died on me this month. One has been replaced, the other died just yesterday.
