Great in the beginning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To preface this I will be contacting support to see what their recommendations are, but I feel that this is also part of the review since it should just work. Setup was super simple and quick. I love that I can unlock it with my watch or my phone and get notifications on said activities. We have owned this for less than a year if memory serves correctly. About 2 weeks ago it intermittently has decided not to accept input from the keypad or touchid. You have to manually unlock it with a key or the inside thumb lever to get it to wake up. To be clear this has worked amazingly for most of the time I have had this, just recently it has had some challenges.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy & secure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was bought to replace the locks on a new house. They were highly easy to install and works well. This style matches the aesthetic of the house and is very pleasing to the eyes.
Make the door secure and there are even more ‘parts’ that came on the package that fit different sizes of door frames and handles distance.
Very happy that there are more choices to match every other part of the door to really seal the whole look.
