I have been swimming with this product for over 6 months. Works perfectly and so enjoyable. Volume is great and now recommending it to a fellow swimmer.

Great features but poor longevity

I have owned 2 of these devices now and while I just love the features they both stopped working within 2 years of purchase. In fact the back button on both devices stopped working within the first year of purchase. If you want longevity do not buy this product

Not great, wire at the back is tight, Bluetooth did not work, and sounds quality was poor (especially when using in water), would not purchase again. Return process took multiple phone calls, for about 2 weeks. Expensive as-well for a pair of essentially wired headphones. Just buy a pair of AirPods for half the price.

I bought the Waterproof and dustproof Walkman with BLUETOOTH Wireless Technology as I was really keen to start swimming with some music. On paper it is perfect and the quality of the device is amazing. It has great features like the long battery, quick charging and ambient sound which lets u hear a mix of music as well as surrounding sound so you are aware of your surroundings. But.....the sound is just too quiet while in the water. I thought I had enabled the sound limiter accidently but alas it was operating at maximum volume. I even tried increasing the volume of my mp3 files but it just decreased the quality of the file and not improved the volume.
It's still a great product but if you are looking for great sound while swimming, keep looking as all you will get is faint background noise without out any grunt.

No Bluetooth

I didn't realise, before buying this product, that I could only load music from my computer the old fashioned way. My computer is no longer connected to the net so its taken hours and hours. Not really very happy and almost returned the product.

poor quality and service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i bought one of this on november,,, firts the order was on stand by for more than a week ( nobody call / no invoice / no product). i called and the girl on the phone help me to fix the trouble. the product arrived 1 week later and since day 1 i got trouble to make it work... looks like the earphones didnt charge... when i tried to connect it to my pc... the computer didn't recognize the memory... after a while, i found out that i have to do some pressure to the charger mount to make it work... i did that for the last two months until now. right now not even doing the pressure on the mount works... its totally dead... lets see how the warranty works......

Worse headphones

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I both it 2 week ego and to be honest I'not happy at all, sound quality is plane, buttons are not friendly to use, this is when I'm running or riding my bike ,now on swimming is even worse the fact that you have to change the plug is a bit uncomfortable because the material is like silicone and I don't know when they are going to brake, but something that make me really hate it is when I turn around and push myself against the wall, they just fall off every time that I do this, and sound is much worse, also charge was jusy for about 3 and half hours don't west your money in this product.
