I bought these speakers with high anticipation, but very disappointed. Compared to my vintage pioneer system these sucks. The only reason I did not return quite frankly is laziness and hopes that these speakers would grow on me.
I've come to understand that any comparison to the vintage systems of old is futile. I had the same problem with guitar amps, tubes are 100% better.
I wish now I had spent the 1k on recapping my old pioneer system. These sixes at best are 500$ speakers way over priced for the tinny sound, using the equalizer on my cell helps. Perhaps a woofer would help also but klipsch sells them 500$ plus after dishing out a grand for these I'm done .
The speakers are directional no full room sound, they are in fact high end computer speakers with built in amp and BT. Which I knew.
Do not waste your money .

Not worth the money, very ordinary book shelf speakers, if your standing right in front and even in front very crappy sound. People who review these speakers with a positive must be fake.DO NOT BUY.

Great Speakers at the Price Point

I wanted something with a little more punch than my Bowers and Wilkins Zeppelin without going to separates.
These fit the bill nicely. Great sounding but these do have a break in period. I would recommend running them for 5-6 hours at a decent volume right out of the box. Really warmed up the sound.

Falls a bit short for most

Had a chance to audition several powered book shelf speakers . Prices ranging from
250.00 to 1500.00 USD. I've seen you tube videos from experts who have taken
these speakers a part and diagnosed some of the weaker components and how to remedy
the problem . Audi company's go to great lengths yo emphasize just how good there
products really are. The profit margin is absolutely insane . High end studio monitors
with a price tag exceeding 4,000 . Have less than 100.00 invested. Models costing
1/3 have been able to compete sound wise. With any genre of music . The only two models
that would sit on my desk . Hands down are JBL and Yamaha . It gave me goose bumps
when I heard these speakers auditioning . Wasn't any focus on the finish, Amps or features.
Clean sound not muddy , every instrument was clearly defined , voices had clarity . As close to a live concert as your gonna get.
