If you are looking for a regular LED TV, with few bells and whistles, this is it. Picture is very good. Easy to set up. No problem connecting to the internet. Very rarely use the smart features of this TV, but I do mess around with them. Have experienced no problems. This is a very good product, so far.

The product performs at exceptional levels. My only complaints are related to some difficulties I experienced during setup when trying to make it work with my LG home theater system, despite following the instructions provided. The only other flaw I have found is the need for CONSTANT updates to all of the apps. I have only owned the product for about 1 month and have updated the "Youtube" application 5 times.

Easy set up. Great picture quality. Mounted mine on the wall. The magic remote works great except you have to have a steady hand. No problem once you practice with it a little while. Lots of bells and whistles that I haven't got to yet, but i'm learning as I go a long. Very pleased with the quality of the picture. Compared it against both plasmas and the newer 4k's, and with my eyes I didn't see much difference except the price. LG was great with follow up support emails making sure I was happy with their products. I would recommend this product.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality, all pro's can't find any cons

Great picture

We have owned this set for approximately one month and continue to be pleased with its performance.
The set up was simple and quick, following the onscreen prompts. The only picture adjustments were to turn off energy saver and switch the mode to Vivid which made the picture stunning. Brightness and color is excellent and ambient light is not a problem. The magic remote is unusual, but works well with some practice.
We did a lot of research before purchasing, and we feel that we made the right choice with LG. Very impressed with this product.

Fantastic picture quality.... So many extras. Love the fact that I can get into the lg store for extra apps, etc. Magic remote is easy to use after you get the hang of it. While watching a movie the other day, I realized how horrible the quality was on our old one. A little pricey, but this is the fifth LG appliance we've bought. I'm sticking with this brand now on.

May not be future proof

This tv has great features and a great value. I like the setup and webos software. But there is some lag the first time you launch the apps. After that, they stay preloaded in the launcher. The web browser is only good for about two pages before it runs out of memory and shuts down, this feature is not very useful. I'm not sure if there's a way to upgrade the storage and memory, but if you install and update a lot of applications, it may be an issue later. I recommend this tv because of the great picture and design.
