Unit works as specified and holds a plus or minus 1 degree. As this is a refrigeration unit your wine is not effected by ambient room temp as it effects the non refrigeration units. The refrigeration noise is very minimal and I have not experienced and vibration.

The wine fridge does keep the wines chilled to a nice drinking temp. The only negative is it makes some quirky noises while operating. Other than that feature I really like the machine.
