Charging issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this speaker for about 4 months. Love the sound. I keep it my bedroom and I've used it outside. No complaints. However, it's been charging for about 48 hours as I write this and its stuck on 90%. This is the first time I've had this issue. I've tried different cords, and outlets. The Bose website was not helpful. If anyone has had this issue, please let me know how, or if, it was resolved. If I have to leave it plugged in to use it, it kind of defeats it's purpose.

Disliking product after about a year of owning it. Such as connecting it via NFC to my S9+ with the voice stating its connecting to my wife's phone even though her bluetooth isn't even on. Having your special lag when trying to connect more devices to my bluetooth and thus causing the sound to have an echo effect. Worst of all it doesn't even connect at times with the most up to date software installed. Thanks Bose...

Horrible

I purchased in August, worked ok, had some difficulty.
The sound is so-so, nothing to brag about.
Now for some reason it will not connect to any device.
All of my devices connect to every other device I have.
It would connect, then disconnect. Now it will not connect
at all. This product is a pain. Too much trouble for the price.

DON'T BUY--AVOID

Has trouble connecting to devices. Had to factory reset three times due to sound quality issue. Sound quality is not fluid, often stops and/or skips on its own terms. I have $30 speakers with better sound quality. Sending the item out for a repair but would prefer to just have my money back so that I could buy a SONOS.

Clearly NOT the same quality as others received

I was excited to acquire this speaker, but it was my first and probably last Bose purchase. From day one, this speaker sounded muddy, with noticeably inferior sound quality to the one I had paid less than half as much for from another manufacturer.
Then about two years after purchase, the bass went, even though I have NEVER played it near max volume, and now it just vibrates instead of playing low tones. The repair cost Bose quoted was the same as the cost to replace with a competitor's product, so I said no thanks to that.
Clearly other people received a better item than I did. I just wish Bose would stand behind their products better than this.

Bose on their A game!

Over the years, I have been a massive fan of Bose and their products. This wireless speaker is one of a kind. After spending the past few weeks with the Bose Soundlink Revolve, I have been very pleased with the product. This product delivers such crisp and clear sound. I love how it is a 360-degree speaker, it fills the room with sound without focusing it to one direction. The bass is impressive, but could be a little bit stronger. But it does such a spectacular job combing the bass, midrange, and treble. The design of the soundlink revolve is very upmarket looking. It has a nice weighty feel, and it feels very sturdy and well made. In addition, the battery life is impressive. I got it to last for a good 12-13 hours before recharging. Operation and setup is very straight forward. I would absolutely recommend this to a family or friend that is looking for a high-quality Bluetooth speaker. So, if you are looking for a portable, well built, sleek design, and fantastic sounding 360-degree Bluetooth speaker, the Bose Soundlink is just for you.
