Great while it lasted

I had this speaker for a year and a half. During that time, it worked wonderfully. Bluetooth always responded perfectly, battery life was long, and it consistently sounded amazing no matter where it was in the room or outside. About a week ago however, in the middle of listeing to a song, it completely stopped making noise. Now, it responds and connects to my phone like normal but makes absolutely no noise. Very disappointed.

Great Speaker, Bad Charger

Sound is amazing when it works well.

I connected this speaker to my phone and laptop. The first time I used it, the sound was AMAZING. I could even hear the sound CLEARLY in the next room. However, the second time I used it when connected to my laptop, the sound was distorted. This has happened a few times, and I've only had this speaker for two weeks. Another thing is that when it is connected to my laptop, the sound gets chopped off several times within a song. It's very bothersome because I use my laptop often for work. I would like to use it, but I cannot stand the sound cutting out. This means that I can only use my phone to listen to music and hope that the sound is not distorted whenever I turn on the speaker.

Good sound, bad bluetooth- do not recommend

I’ve had this speaker for at least 2 years and although the sound is great, I would not recommend this product. Since I purchased it, it often will not connect to my phone on Bluetooth and is especially difficult to connect to after it has paired with another device. It usually takes me anywhere from 5-10 minutes, requiring me to click “forget device” and retry multiple times. It’s just super annoying. A new frustrating problem I’m facing is having difficulty charging the speaker. Last week, I plugged and unplugged the speaker multiple times over 4 days trying to get it to charge until it finally worked.

I'm sorry to hear you've had difficulties connecting your speaker to your smartphone.

The speaker can remember up to 8 paired devices. To switch between them, simply press the Bluetooth button repeatedly until you hear the name of the device you wish to listen to.

With charging, please try using a different micro-USB cable to see if this helps.

Soundlink Bluetooth speaker

Software needs work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Bose sound. However, this is my second Revolve. It has a glitch to get it to max speaker volume. Otherwise, I like the instant on when I connect from the phone with powering on the speaker but then I must fuss with the controls to get the speaker volume higher since it starts at minimum volume. It is easier to make my first one connect than to fuss with the volume.
