Love this and using it for dancing in Outdoor dance floor area. Pls help me solve problem. When a call comes in on my cell the music stops and picks up the call. How can we still play uninterrupted music and still acess calls etc. thank you

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is not a stereo device. It has a single (mono) diaphragm and therefore you do not achieve a true 3D sound. I wish Bose had not discontinued the Soundlink Mini II, as I like the sound far better, and it is more of a portable and compact shaped device.

Unexpected serious flaw

Amazing sound and great design, unfortunately the Bluetooth connection is terrible! Dropouts at under 10' when phone is on the opposite side of my body. No chance of signal outside of the same room. I have the Bose QC35 headphones and have no connection issues from the opposite side of the entire house with same device. Was very surprised. Bose is typically top notch. Perhaps I have a lemon. Would gladly exchange if bose thinks this is an isolated issue.

Amazing quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is well worth the investment as I have used this speaker in so many fun times with my family. The quality is outstanding, it is sturdy and yet portable. We use it outside a ton, it has been rained on from a picnic we had, and I brought it inside and no harm no foul! It has amazing sound quality, and once you set it up using Bose connect (which is easy to do), it connects automatically every time! Best thing ever for this music loving mom!

major connectivity issues for "portable" speaker

I would definitely NOT recommend this speaker as there are better options for less money
I was excited to own my first BOSE speaker. I've ogled BOSE products over the years and never had the extra cash to actually buy. I was super excited to buy this and couldnt wait to bring it home. The plan was to pair multiple of these throughout the house for a surround sound system that was adaptable based on need. I bought one to check it out and save some budget. Thank goodness.
While the design is great, it looks lovely the sound tends to be good.
The problem is the connectivity. If the phone isnt within 5 ft of the speaker, it glitches, cuts out, lags or stops. When I move into the other room with the phone, the connectivity is horrible.
And i hope you dont have a microwave in your house. if so, dont buy this speaker. Whenever our microwave is on, the speaker basically stops working. As we like to listen to music while making dinner -- this is a fatal flaw.

I bought a competitors speaker for 25% of the price and its works 100x better, sounds great and is actually wireless without connectivity issues.
