I bought this for the holidays....my kids love it and I love. Just tried it out, my Christmas tunes never sounded better. Very happy with this speaker so far!

Great sounds horrible bluetooth

Love the sound quality but this speaker has the worst Bluetooth range that I have ever experienced. You can't go 10 feet away from the speaker without it struggling to play without breaking up.

Great on treble, loud and very articulate, little underwhelming for bass, definitely recommend getting the revolve+ because you might as well go all the way if you want the most out of bass.

Wow, just wow. I got this for my birthday and at first I thought it was just a regular Bluetooth speaker, but wow this things sounds beautiful, it literaly sounds like a home theatre in a box

Impressive

I've had my 360 for about 18 months. It never fails to impress me or people I know. A few friends ran out to get one after hearing mine. I use it on the beach. It sounds good up to about 40 feet away. I don't baby it and left it out in the rain once. Still works fine. Good battery life. Signal drops out at about 35 to 30 feet from source, as expected.

Poor firmware updating

My soundlink Revolve (like many others) uses a completely unnecessary Android app as a go between (and that app has CONSTANT PROBLEMS) The latest one is firmware updating. It has FW vs 1.3.3 and as soon as it logs on it "transfers it" to some new version gets to 99% and then starts the process all over again continuously. This is the 3rd separate significant problem with this app. ANY OTHER BLUETOOTH SPEAKER I CONNECT WITH WORKS WITHOUT A COMPANION APP RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX. EITHER HIRE A GOOD SET OF PROGRAMMERS WHI CAN FIX AND DEBUG THE APP OR DO WHAT EVERYBODY ELSE DOES. ELIMINATE THE NEED FOR THE APP ENTIRELY. PS. Me and everybody else is sick and tired of the braindead "whoops something happened messages every time we are out of bluetooth range. Just reconnect when you come back into range like everyone else does. If you dont know how to do this then dont write ur own app.

It sounds generally good, but...

It is not a stereo device. It has a single (mono) diaphragm and therefore you do not achieve a true 3D sound. I wish Bose had not discontinued the Soundlink Mini II, as I like the sound far better, and it is more of a portable and compact shaped device.
