Great sound

I just bought it yesterday and I was amazed by the sound of this speaker, it’s absolutely incredible. Since I’m working away from home alot of time I want to be able to take wih me good quality sound wherever I go. It’s my first bose speaker but most definitely will not be the last. The price is not low but if you cand afford it it’s totally worth it. Great job bose you just made me a fan.

Voice prompts will not shut up!

The voice prompts are intensely annoying and will not stop. I'm listening to "Battery XX%. Connected to..." all day and all night. I turn the speaker off and the voice prompt comes back anyway. I tried the "push the volume up and volume down buttons simultaneously" instruction to disable voice prompts and it did not work. The only solution was to put the speakers under a pile of pillows in a closet.

Unfortunately the Soundlink Revolve Santa brought won’t turn on or charge. I tried all of the reset procedures on Bose support to no avail.

A must for Patio/Deck

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my revolve for 2 years. Unbeatable 360 sound. The kids abused it and it’s been left in the rain, yet it remains to the quality of the first day. Listening to it right now as I write this. You want quality sound? Go Bose!

okay got this about 4 days ago and i got to say it is a giant little speaker. its a new and different design. i believe this speaker will be around for a long time. its going to blend in with future tech with no trouble. i love the 360 degree sound. and love its water ressistant feature. i wanted to wait a few days to right my review just to have some fun with this thing,and see what it was made off. here in new orleans it crawfish season. meaning on easter sunday at least in my family thats what we do. so my dad asked me to bring this hybrid of a bose speaker and use it under the patio. I hung it up high on a hook that is in the center of the carport. turned it on, links up easy as every bose product dose. I had played anything from 50s music to band like air traffic controller, to elvis and back up to lake street dive. and also alittle bit of daddy yankee and Yandel. we had people trying to figure out were the music was coming from and if we had a dj hidden in the hose some where. when I showed them the speaker after them trying to figure out where the music was coming from. they were amazed to see it was just one speaker making it sound like and outdoor loud speaker. we even had people from across the street come and ask were the music was coming from. it was really amazing to see there reaction to something so small making such beautiful music sound so alive. so in conclusion! I give this a 5of5 star rating. design real slick and durable. almost for got. it rained of and on most of the day. the rain was moderate but it didn't interfere with sound quality at all. its really impressive. love the clarity and the base to me is perfect. compared it to the soundlink mini, and this blows it out of the water. also to a beats pill. nocks that away to. all my products at home for audio or movie and tv are bose. been that way for the last 10 years and wont change now. in conclusion, you get what you pay for when you by bose. worth every dollar.

Stereo/party mode is horrible

Connectivity issues, skipping issues, distance problems. I have to set the pair no further than a couple feet without connectivity or skipping issues. Amazing sound but worthless if all you hear is skipping and the sound cutting out. I own a lot of Bluetooth devices and non have the issues like this. A lot of my Bluetooth devices I can go up to 60 feet away and Bose should say, “distance = 1 foot”. Save your money, you spend way too much for it not to work properly.
