Finally got an otter box case for my sons Ipod after having to replace it after it got dropped and the screen shattered. Worth the cost and he actually likes the fact that it is purple and green...no one else has one!

I brought on otter case for my daughters (2.5 years old) Ipod touch 2 years ago and the touch is going great. Kids have dropped it, sat on it, kicked it, thrown it and splashed it and still its going strong. Although its not actually water proof it still protects the ipod from a little bit of water. Based on this we brought one for the 7 year olds new ipod. Love you otter cases, we have them for iphones, ipad, and ipod touches. All our gadgets although old are still like new. Some are seven years old and still going strong. Have looked at some of the cheaper options but they don't last as long. Otter cases last forever.
