Great quality product. It works great while i'm indoors, however, when I am outside I think humidity gets trapped in between the screen and the screen protector and so the touch screen is rendered basically useless under these conditions. i'll tap the screen in one spot but something else will open. very frustrating

I purchased my first iphone in the fall of 2012 and immediately put an Otterbox on for protection after watching my husband's phone fall out of his coat pocket and shatter on the asphalt. I recently upgraded to a new phone and took my old phone out of the Otterbox for inspection. My old phone is pristine! No scratches or blemishes. I immediately put a new Otterbox on my new phone. I expect my new phone will look just as good as my old phone in another 3 years.

I bought this a couple weeks ago for my new iPod 5g and I immediately LOVED it, you can tell by how it feels in your hand, how it's built, and the good company ratings that this is a very well built and reliable case. Now after hearing all this you may be wondering "if he thinks it's so great why is it a 4 star rating?" Well let me answer that question right now. The only downsides to this case are: the screen protectors just the tiniest bit way away from the screen so you'll have to tap just a little bit harder, the buttons on the sides and top for volume are a little rough to push, I completely threw this away once I remembered that this case was for protection, same thing with the home button... Overall fantastic case, sorry for the poor grammar.
