I have had an Otterbox Defender Series case since the iPhone 3g was first released. I have had an Otterbox on every device that I have had in which there was an Otterbox available for. I have tried other cases and I always find myself running back to this brand. It is great for my daily use. This is a great case for anybody that would like to keep there device like new from the day they buy it until the day they no longer use it. The three piece design is fabulous, if I drop my device I don't even think twice that it will have any harm. I love the fact that it has a built In screen protector as well. Customer service is AMAZING. I cannot express enough how great customer care is, that is another key reason that I continue to use their product. I truly believe that this case is the biggest bang for your buck. It does not add a whole lot of thickness to your device like they have in the past. Every time I buy a case, the product seems to get better and better, even when you think that they cant. I would definitely recommend this case to a friend.

we had a Griffin Survivor case for our Ipad mini, and it cracked right in the case- with just typical household use.
Now, I ONLY buy OTTERBOX. I have used Otterbox cases for Ipads and I phones for several years- drop my phone All the time with its defender case on and NEVER had a crack or ANY problem.
Also, the case stays looking new. It never looks worn. It doesn't crack or peel or rip.
Now, No every device in our family HAS to have an OTTERBOX case!
